Which training courses would you like to have access to as a teacher? Why? Which is, in your opinion, the best way to share good practice amongst?

I would like to start this essay with a quote of Einstein that represents the importance of the lifelong learning: " Once you stop learning, you start dying".
As a teacher, I am totally convinced that learning is a lifelong process. In education new approaches are regularly being developed and we can find a big diversity of situation that confront. In education things go like the wind, teaching is an ever-changing profession. Therefore, teachers need to be prepared.
At this point, what worries me about the physical education teachers is the lack of preparation in first aid. We do not have access to this kind of training at university . Daily we are facing with difficult situations (physical injures) and it is necessary to know how to act. I have made some first aid  courses but I would like to enroll me in one that teaches me how to face  in front  an emergency in physical education lessons.
Moreover, I would like to have access to some teacher coach training course in order to develop coaching skills. Coaching can be a useful tool to help my students to improve and maximize their own performance and helping them to learn rather than teach.
I am also interest in some languages courses and CLIL methodology. Consequently I would like to continue with my languages training.
At this point, it is important to note that there are some educational organizations like CEFIRE that offer many courses in order to improve teacher training. Throughout my professional career I have enrolled in many CEFIRE courses. These courses are free and are interesting.
In relation with the best way to share good practices, I would like to make reference to the communities of practice. The communities of practice are a group of people who share a concern or a passions for something they do and learn. I am totally convinced, that in physical education area, communities of practice provide many benefits. Communities of practice are distinguished by the fact that members share a common interest, materials and learn together.
Personally speaking, I must refer to different examples of community of practice related with my experience as a teacher of physical education. Throughout my years of physical education teacher I have had the opportunity to assist and participate in various community of practice: seminar and work groups related with didactics of Physical education. We had the opportunity to share our knowledge about the routines of our subject and  our doubts and fears. We tried to elaborated materials like teaching units of different sports. In fact, we had a blog to share our training materials.
Furthermore, we can create a resource base of materials on good practices which could support teaching practice. Unfortunately, physical education teachers have problems to find curricular materials and we have to work hard to elaborate them. I feel I should refer to a webpage from Conselleria “Mestre a casa” where we can find many resources from different community of practice.
To sum up, I would like to say that I am totally convinced that teachers should share good educational practices, work together and of course, to continually form oneself .  Henry ford said: “Coming together is a beginning; Keeping together is progress; working together is success".
